TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Atari Tours & Travels, 23 Jia Sarai (I.T.T), New Delhi was originally recommended by a friend who had used, and continues to use, their services. We are very happy that we did follow this advice. 

We (party of 4 adults) have just returned to Australia after a very enjoyable 5 week holiday in India and Singapore.

Atari Tours handled all the arrangements for a 5 day visit to the Hills Region of Kalimpong & Darjeeling (West Bengal) and Pelling (Sikkim) as well as 10 days in Delhi - a sector which included a road trip to Jaipur, Agra – more commonly referred to as ‘The Golden Triangle’.   

We must make particular mention of Mr. Chirag Gaur whose advice even before we embarked on our trip was invaluable.  Chirag went beyond the call of duty that a travel agent normally provides – we have traveled extensively through Europe, America and Canada so can make comparisons!  Chirag checked in with us on a DAILY basis even when we were in the remote Hills area, addressing any concerns we had, even though these were beyond his control, and then took action to ensure our comfort.  Chirag also met us on our arrival in Delhi (after 10.30 pm), accompanied us to our hotel and finally followed up the day we checked out not only to get an overview of our experiences, but also to wish us well and to express a wish that we return and use his services again in the future.

It would be remiss not to mention Shyam the driver assigned to us for the Delhi/Golden Triangle sector.  Shyam is an excellent driver, but more than that he is an exceptional, young man and we were all very happy to have met him and have made a friend. 

In summary, we would use Atari Tours again and have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone.

Dear Chirag,

We had a good flight back to Munich. It was last day snowing. Now we have wonderful sunshine with 25 degrees. We had a lot of things to fix. Water pipe damaged in our house etc. Slowly we get things done. We tell all our friends about our wonderful time in India. Lots of Austrians would like to see India also but they are suspicious, because it seems for them too exotic. India Tourism has to make more promotion in Austria ! We definately come back, it is one of our favorite countries. Thank you for your good service. Also give our love to Sham, who was faithful and every time a good and reliable driver. It is a good investment for you if you support him a little (language and knowledge). All blessings for you and your familiy.

We arrived home on time and tired. My internet was broken - lightning surge 'fried' the modem. There were many thunderstorms while we were away. However - a new modem is now installed, and I am back 'on the air'.

Now we are well back in Norway. Lots of snow and hard work to do with many klients.
We are all very happy and satisfied about the holiday in India. Will sertainly go again. Then we will get the opportunity also to meet you.
Must tell you that we were booked on Busiess-Clas from Goa via Mumbay to Munic and had a very comfortable journy home. we do not know why we were given this advantage????

Finally make it home after many hours.

The trip was absolutely fantastic- the sights, the people and the experiences.  The capable drivers and guides made a big difference but you made the biggest impact with all your planning, itinerary ideas and execution of your ideas.  You really took great care of us and I am have to have an Indian son like you.  Please keep in touch.

Hi Chirag,

A very brief note to say that we got back safely on Sunday night, although our flight was delayed leaving Mumbai by about 3 hours.  We arrived home at about 9:30 p.m. and all is well with us. 

We will write separately in more detail with our thoughts and comments on the holiday, but in the meantime we wanted to say that we had a superb time and thank you for all your arrangements.

Hope you all are keeping fine.I am in the school and we still working about what we did in India.Films,photoes,differant programmes etc.

It was very nice to meet you and Mrs.Gaur.You two are very kind.To be honestly it was very sad for me to leave you all.And I was very happy after seeing Tajmahal as well. 

We all were missing India some weeks after the journey.But I am going to visit India again.That I`ve decided.
